We have been busy doing paperwork, touring, etc. Nanchang (Chase's capital city), is amazing with 4 million people, in a very small area, going everywhere at mock speed. Going anywhere is quite traumatic-you are literally taking your life into your own hands. :) No stoplights, no lanes, you can drive on the sidewalk, you can drive into a shop, you can drive going the exact opposite direction everyone else is. Interesting! However, we love it. We love the culture, we love the people, we love the way of life here.
Mrs. Matthew's Class~ I miss you guys so much! You would love to go to school here. The kids get to come home at noon and they have a 2-hour lunch!
Chase is doing so well. He is incredibly sweet and lovable. We are starting to see his personality more and more. What a funny guy! The best part is . . . he is potty trained! Yes! Developmentally, he is probably at an 18-month level, but makes huge strides daily. We can't wait for you all to meet him - you will fall in love!
The pictures from the restaurant are from Cafe Roma~ an Italian restaurant here in Nanchang owned by a Texan! He met his wife in Singapore, and has been here for seven years. Excellent food!
